COALESCESION sources its inventory from various boutique labels, distributors, and wholesalers from around the globe. In some cases, even from our own personal collections!

Payment

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

PayPal requires payment upfront. Orders will not be processed until payment has been confirmed. If you are funding your PayPal purchase through your bank account, this can take several days. Payments funded by credit card or account balance are typically processed on the same day.

We currently do not accept any form of payment by mail.

Sales Tax

If your state requires us to collect and remit sales or other taxes, these amounts will be reflected during checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders, domestic and international, are provided with tracking and will be included in your shipping notice.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All domestic and international orders will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with shipping charges calculated at checkout.

You will have two options to choose from:

Media Mail
Priority

International orders will all be dispatched via First Class International airmail.

Additional orders can not be combined to new or previous orders.

Shipping rates per CD are as follows below (add $1.50 for each additional CD/$3.00 for international). Please note however, two disc sets will be counted as a single disc with no additional shipping charges. Multi-disc sets (3 CDs or more) and box sets, depending on the size and the weight, might incur additional shipping charges.

CANADA & MEXICO: Airmail: $15.99 (add $3.00 per additional CD)

EUROPE: Airmail: $18.99 (add $3.00 per additional CD)

REST OF THE WORLD: Airmail: $19.99 (add $3.00 per additional CD)

Vinyl Shipping & Handling

Orders containing vinyl will be shipped separately with separate shipping costs to ensure your items arrive securely.

Shipping rates per vinyl disc are as follows below (add $1.50 for each additional vinyl disc/$3.00 for international). As with CDs, two disc sets will be counted as a single disc with no additional shipping charges. Multi-disc sets (3 discs or more) and box sets, depending on the size and the weight, might incur additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellations

If you’d wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us your request through the portal or at orders@coalescesion.com. Please note, however, we are unable to cancel your order once the order has shipped.

Where’s My Order?

Before e-mailing about a missing package, please allow 2 weeks within the United States, 3 weeks for Canada or Mexico, and 4 weeks for the rest of the world.

Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days from purchase for a refund or a replacement if the item(s) you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once the item has been received, your refund or replacement will be issued. In some cases, photos may be required. If you receive a CD with a cracked jewel case, let us know and we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
